Kids’ charity watch is rated as “very good” by CharityWatch.com, which ranks charities according to a number of metrics including how well they provide services to the poor and the effectiveness of their fundraising efforts.
The charity watch group says Kids’ Wish runs a “comprehensive and inclusive approach” to its work, with the majority of its staff working directly with children.
Its chief executive officer said: “We’re proud to work alongside such a distinguished and inspiring organisation that has given so much to the world.”
The charity said it had “received hundreds of applications” to help with Kids’ wish and it has worked with local schools to ensure they receive the best resources available.
Kids’ Wish is a 501(c)(3) charity and has donated $5.8m to charity organisations in the UK and around the world.
The company has been awarded three stars by Charity Watch.
